Lovely holiday house with swimming pool near San Casciano dei Bagni, Tuscany, Italy.
This welcoming property is surrounded by the countryside and its position is perfect to explore the entire Tuscany and the nearby Umbria.
Casa Olivia is part of a renovated farmhouse.
Externally, this home for rent has a large garden full of plants and trees and which hosts a beautiful (shared) swimming pool and sunbeds. There is also a little terrace furnished with table and chairs to have al-fresco dinings.
Inside, this home rental is tastefully furnished following the typical Tuscan style and it has all kind of appliance.
A few kilometres away from the property guests can find attractive hamlets and villages such as Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani and the famous area of Crete Senesi, stretching from the provinces of Siena and Arezzo until Mount Amiata (1738m above the sea level).

The house is accessed via an unpaved road of around 1.5km.

We spent a whole week here with our family and were completely blown away.
Pure beauty, total privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere — everything we could’ve hoped for.
The villa is gorgeous. A fantastic pool, perfect accommodations, spotless cleanliness, and everything so thoughtfully maintained.
It felt like a true escape — quiet, elegant, and incredibly relaxing.
Every detail was just right, and it made our holiday in Paschan unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr großzügige Räume, tolle Küche und perfekter Pool. Wie bereits beschrieben liegt sie am Ende eines nicht asphaltierten Wegs abseits sonstiger Einrichtungen - perfekt, um die Zeit dort zu genießen, man sollte das aber wissen.
Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der bei Fragen sofort half.
