Wände dünn, sehr laut wenn menschen vorbei gehen oder die nachbarn länger wach sind, gelegentlich haben tiere vorm haus gekämpft und waren sehr laut

Exceptional location, comfort, facilities and cleanliness. Close to Piccadilly line tube, Great Northern and Thameslink services at Arsenal Station and Finsbury Park Station. There are also 24-hour bus connections to central London. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation in a mature, low-traffic residential area. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Perfect for those who prefer to be able to cook some meals during their stay. There are full kitchen facilities and a branch of Sainsbury's near Finsbury Park and many smaller local shops nearby. There is also an excellent small private garden. There is a large cast-iron bath. We hope to return in future.

Le chauffage, l'eau chaude, les lits confortables et l'équipement de la maison.
Manque d'information concernant le parking payant dans la rue. J'ai choisi cet appartement parce qu'il y avait un "parking" mais nulle part dans l'annonce c'est marqué que c'est payant. Même payant, aucune information de comment payer, il n'y a pas d'hodorateurs. Nous avons eu une amende de 130 libres, car on ne savait pas où payer le 6,30 libres/heure.

The location is good. You will not find any tourist attractions next to the door but it will take you not more than 30 minutes to reach them using public transportation. The property is clean. In the kitchen you will find almost everything what you need to stay for a few days. There is a nice small garden where you can do barbecue or just sit with a cup of tea. You will find “house manual” in the kitchen and it is very helpful. WiFi signal is good with the exception of the double bedroom. The nearest small shop is 1 min away. Sainsbury’s and Tesco - 10-15 minutes.
The property is on the ground floor. The humidity is high, and there is not enough sunlight coming through the windows. As a result it smells not very pleasant (it was my first impression).
It will be good to have some tablets for the dish washer and some powder for the washing machine.
It will be great is the property owner buys the new small (only small) frying pan:).
There is just 1 wardrobe which is not enough if you stay with your family and for a longer time.
But these are minor minuses. Overall it was good.
