About this apartment rental

Perfect apartment for discovering Annecy, close to the historic center and the lake. This completely renovated two-room apartment of approximately 54 m² guarantees you a pleasant vacation, you can do everything by walking !

There is a bright and spacious main room with a convertible sofa for 2 people, a TV; a fitted kitchen open to the living room; a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a large closet; bathroom with bathtub and sink.

EQUIPMENT: cooking plates; traditional oven; microwave ; filter coffee maker ; washing machine ; dishwasher ; TV; WIFI.

Animals aren't allowed.

Cleaning option: from €45 to €120 (depending on type of accommodation)
Bed linen option: €20 or €25 depending on bedding type.

Located in a quiet street close to the heart of the city, the train station and the Courrier shopping center.

It is a small condominium without elevator in a very quiet dead end. The lake is ten minutes walk. This residence is ideal for holidays without car.

Appartement bien situé à proximité des commerces et de la vieille ville. Fonctionnel, on peut regretter toutefois le manque de volets par forte chaleur.

Wohnung war OK. Leider lag die Wohnung im vietren Stock ohne Aufzug. Agentur war immer schwer zuereichen, da man kein Deutsch sprach.
