This beautiful vacation apartment in Altea on the 1st floor extends over 2 floors and offers enough space for 2 people. The fantastic location in the middle of the old town allows you to reach the beautiful beach in a short time.
On the lower floor of the tastefully furnished apartment are the living room and the practical kitchen. Stairs lead to the upper floor where you will find the cozy bedroom with private bathroom and fireplace, ideal for chilly winter months.
Just a few meters from the front door, you will find a small path that leads to the many small streets of this beautiful place. The view of the Bahía, surrounded by the Serra Gelada and Morro de Toix, is fantastic.
The beach promenade counts with a variety of restaurants, bars and stores.
Here you will find one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, which is especially popular with divers.
The apartment is located right on a national road, which makes it ideal for exploring the prettiest corners of the area by car.

The Altea town house is beautifully presented with the old typical styled windows. I found there to be plenty of room for a couple. The bed is very comfortable and the upstairs windows are double glazed giving some insulation from the noise of the road outside. The location is very convenient for the beach and various bars and restaurants however as the road is directly outside the house the noise can be a bit much during certain hours. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone with the exception of those who need a handrail to ascend / descend stairs.

Casa algo ruidosa por estar junto a la carretera, pero ideal por estar a segunda línea de mar. La playa és de piedra por eso no hay problema de sitio, muy tranquila. Bien situada para visitar el pueblo. La decoración de la casa és sencilla pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, fiel a las fotos. Trato justo por el consumo de energía con lectura del contador, nos devolvieron la parte del depósito que no consumimos. El agente que nos atendió fue muy amable y estaba dispuesto a cualquier eventualidad.

La casa es bastante grande, además cuenta con dos pisos. Esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta pues hay que estar subiendo escaleras para ir a la habitación o para ir al aseo.
La casa está bien equipada, con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, frigorífico, lavavajillas... Además se encuentra en la calle paralela a la playa, por lo que la playa está a unos 250 metros. Equipada con aire acondicionado y TV inteligente.

Das Apartment liegt zentral, jedoch direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße N332.
Ein Fenster zu öffnen ist unmöglich durch die vielen Autoabgase.Das Apartment ist sehr
spärlich ausgestattet, hatte dies auch bemängelt und wurde zur Kenntnis genommen.
Der Strom wird separat abgerechnet. Die Parkplatzsuche an der Promenade ist immer Glücksache. Maximal für 2 Personen geeignet.
