About this apartment rental
Located in Benidorm (20 km from Alicante with direct shuttle to La Cala or Benidorm), in the quiet area of Cala de Benidorm, this pretty apartment of 50 m2 on the 7th and last floor of the building of average size "Alataya ", happens to be in first line with breathtaking views of the sea and the beach, in the immediate vicinity with all the shops (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ...) and services (bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, hairdressers ...)
He understands :
- a beautiful swimming pool (15 x 5 m approx.) with crystal clear water, sea view,
- a big balcony (4 x 2 m) seen on beach, sea and mountain La Finestra impregnable,
- a bedroom with two twin beds that it is easy to put together so as to obtain a large bed of 180 x 190 cm (sheets, blankets and bedspreads provided),
- a fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plenty of storage space, crockery ...),
- a spacious and sunny living room with large sofa bed king size, flat screen TV with reception of Spanish, French, English and German channels, wifi (optional),
- a bathroom with bathtub (towels and hair dryer provided),
- reversible automatic air conditioning (cold / hot),
- a private parking space in the secure garage in the basement.

Lovely little apartment which had everything we needed. Everything very clean and fully equipped. Our host very helpful and and immediately contactable if we needed anything. The apartment is in a perfect position overlooking the beach and within easy reach of buses, restaurants and supermarket. Highly recommend

Ideally located for bars, supermarket, buses.
Great views of beach , we slept in lounge where air conditioning was located. Having dishwasher was ideal along with a washing machine if needed. Lifts always worked snd quick, pool was lovely after a day on the beach.

El apartamento algo ajustado para 4 personas y una mascota, lo mejor del apartamento la terraza y las vistas y la comunicación con Michel, el propietario del apartamento, que tras hablar de algunos aspectos ......con él, se comprometió a mejorar algunas cosas, para hacer más confortable la estancia a los inquilinos.
Posiblemente volvamos ........ Saludos a todos os deseo unas felices vacaciones.
