Costa Gennadi Villa is the ideal accommodation choice in South Rhodes. It features a newly built private swimming pool and is located just 200 meters from the beach. It is the perfect property for guests, friends, and families who wish to enjoy an exclusive pool area, comfortable sunbeds, and sunbathing. Guests can also take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea, just a few minutes’ walk from the villa.
The villa is a two-storey house and can accommodate up to seven guests. It provides unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, access to Netflix, and air conditioning in all areas. Costa Gennadi Villa is located in a central spot on the road that connects Gennadi with Prasonisi Beach, a world-famous destination for surfing and water sports.
The property features three bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one large bathroom, and one WC. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, each with a spacious private balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, large wardrobes, fresh bed linens and towels, as well as air conditioning.
The kitchen is open-plan with the dining and living areas and includes all necessary electrical appliances. The living room offers a large and comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, a coffee table, and a 50-inch 4K Smart TV. Costa Gennadi Villa offers up to six private parking spaces.
The front side of the villa overlooks the private swimming pool, while the balconies and the rear side offer views of the mountains, and olive groves. Guests can enjoy barbecuing in the specially built stone barbecue area of the villa. The barbecue and the exterior stone walls originate from the village of Embona and are made of hand-cut stone. The villa’s outdoor flooring is made of Karystos stone slabs in three different shades, creating a unique color combination with the stone walls. In addition, there are large balconies where guests can enjoy their meals and views on both sides of the villa. Costa Gennadi Villa also provides an outdoor shower, sunbeds, and a large pergola for sun protection.

maison confortable dans le sud de l'ile dans une zone plus sauvage et moins touristique. climatisation dans toutes les pieces. petite terrasse a l'arrière au calme avec vue sur la campagne très agréable pour le petit déjeuner ou l'apéritif. propriaitaire très sympa et de bon conseil. sites touristiques accessibles facilement. arret de bus proche de la maison mais voiture conseillée au vue de la géographie de l'ile. plage de fin gravier et propre et peu fréquentée a 300m de la maison.
