A lovely private villa in a quiet location but walking distance to village centre and some great restaurants. The villa was clean and comfortable with a good sized pool and Dimitri was a friendly and helpful host. He also owns one of the restaurants in the village which serves great food, has good customer service and holds fun greek nights (Taverna Temptation)

This place has aged well since the photos were taken. Now there are beautiful fruit trees around the pool it feels immersed in nature.We gorged on grapes from the vines and used lemons on our salads. The plums were good too.The pool itself needs a little tlc as a few tiles have come off... im sure its on his todo list.The sofa is now a comfy leather one, not the hard wooden one in photo. And there are sun beds around the pool. Its all super comfy! Traditional styling, with modern needs.I asked for a fan as soon as we got there worried it would get too hot after reading the previous review, but we never used it. If you leave the aircon on in both downstairs bedrooms and leave the bedroom doors open, the whole house is cool.Yes, there are tiny ants around, but just dont leave crumbs around and it really isnt a problem.The landlord was really on it. We needed a few extra bits while we were there (like a new kettle as the old one broke) and the next day he popped it round.The family also run a restaurant in the village... temptation i think it was called. Wow! What sensational food! I basically want to live in this house.

The house is more or less as advertised. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful pool set amongst fruit trees, and the very quiet surroundings. There was an ant problem in the house, but the owner was quick to respond and drop off ant spray. Also there's no A/C in the main living area of the house. The owner brought over a fan which helped cool down the space. The bedrooms A/C worked great. Overall it was a nice space and the owner was very nice.

We recommend villa Rosila warmly. We have rented many homes throughout Europe, but this is surely one of the top three houses. Very clean, spacious and air conditioned. The garden is well maintained and there is a lovely pool. Even more important is the hospitality of the owner Dimitri and his wife Anna. Hard to match. We have greatly enjoyed three weeks carefree holiday .... thanks for that yet.in dutch : Wij bevelen villa Rosila van harte aan. Wij hebben veel huizen gehuurd door heel Europa maar dit behoort toch wel tot de top 3 huizen. Erg schoon, ruim en voorzien van airco. De tuin is goed onderhouden en er is een heerlijk zwembad. Nog belangrijker is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar Dimitri en zijn vrouw Anna. Nauwelijks te evenaren. Wij hebben enorm genoten van drie weken onbezorgde vakantie....dank nog daarvoor.
