Very good situation for this house entirely renovated with a big garden and wood deck.
Located in a narrow and quiet street but at the same time very close to all you need : beaches (one with kid's club), 18 holes golf course,old village centre, shops and restaurants 500 metres around.

We enjoyed a very cosy holiday with our family of 7 adults. Close to the beach & cosy centre of St Briac the house is very well located. The house was super clean & all the things you needed were availablem. Mme Verriere est très à laide en cas du moindre soucis. Very recommended!

The house has all you need to have a great holiday. Saint Briac is a great location and the house is in a great location to get too and from the beach as well as explore the town itself.
We would recommend this house to anybody for a family holiday.
