Immagini e descrizione realistiche dell appartamento.
Parcheggio incluso (a 10 minuti a piedi).
La nostra targa era stata comunicata al comune per accedere nella ZTL per scarico eventuali bagagli.
Check-in e check-out rapidi, dettagliati e inclusi di foto esplicative davvero esaustive.
Le cose che non ci sono piaciute non ci hanno sorpreso in quanto le avevamo precedentemente lette nelle varie recensioni.
Appartamento freddo e condizionatore rumoroso e maleodorante impossibile da lasciare acceso per riscaldare l ambiente, abbiamo lasciato acceso solo il termoarredo elettrico per avere almeno bagno e asciugamani caldi. Mancano eventuali coperte da aggiungere sul letto fuori stagione estiva.
Le finestre danno direttamente sull edificio difronte e non entra luce naturale dalle finestre
La pulizia lascia a desiderare, scarsa e superficiale.
Mancano detergenti e spugne per pulire casa e detersivo per piatti.
Appartamento per nulla isolato acusticamente.

Gefallen hat mir dass die Wohnung zentral war.
Die Wohnung war nicht dreckig jedoch gab es ein paar Mängel ( Küche war nicht so sauber, Kühlschrank oder Besteck war unsauber, Stühle waren verfleckt…)
Es gibt keinen Privatstrand, wie beschrieben.
Parkplatz war zu weit entfernt, ich parkte somit irgendwo anders da es zu aufwändig war…
Gestank der Restaurants war sehr penetrant. Jedoch Preislich war es ok, man kann nicht viel erwarten
