Casa Mia al mare

We (family of 7 + 1 dog - Milo) loved our time at Casa Mia al Mare!!! Loads of space, excellent location, fantastic host and relaxed, comfortable, trendy apartment! Our host, Leandro, met us on arrival and took us direct to the apartment. A nice touch was a cold prosecco waiting in the fridge on arrival, and a lovely local wine on our departure. There was plenty of space. It was perfect for relaxing and we felt immediately at home. It's ideally located right in the centre of town and about 50 metres from the beach. To our left was a bakery and a pizza place, to our right a fruit shop and a lovely cafe, directly across the road a lovely little mini supermarket with a friendly couple and all you need. Also, directly across the road was our host's Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a great evening dinner there for my daughter's 18th birthday. We were spoilt! It was wonderful. The streets beside and around are filled with lovely little cafes and fruit, veggie, cheese and wine shops. Many local foods and wines. The area (gulf of poets) including the walk to Lerici was marvellous. Big thank-you to Leandro and his family and staff for their hospitality!!! We will be back. :)

Sono una mamma ed ho soggiornato con I miei ragazzi a metà luglio,volevo un appartamento vicino al mare e grande poiché scendi e a 20 metri c'è la spiaggia é perfetto. Sotto casa é presente anche un alimentare, una gelateria, una focacceria e pizzeria, supermercato e il ristorante di Aleandro che consiglio caldamente. Aleandro, il proprietario, è super disponibile e simpatico. 20 minuti a piedi e si arriva a Lerici,altrimenti c'è la navetta gratuita che si prende praticamente sotto casa che passa ogni mezz'ora.A Lerici puoi prendere il traghetto per fare il giro delle 5 terre assolutamente da fare se vieni da queste parti. La mancanza di condizionatore non è un problema poiché le finestre sono in zone strategiche e circola sempre l'aria, di notte abbiamo avuto bisogno della coperta.

L'appartamento si trova a l'ultimo piano magari lo sconsiglio a persone anziane,ma tutto il resto conpensa questo difetto:)

Struttura molto grande e ben strutturata , nonostante sia all’ultimo piano il posizionamento a due passi dal centro vale lo sforzo .

Metterei l’aria condizionata. Con il parquet vi è molto caldo soprattutto nel sottotetto .

Die Ferienwohnung Casa Mia al Mare ist sehr groß und daher super geeignet für Familien oder mehreren Personen. Die Wohnung hat noch eine obere Etage mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Waschnische (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Auch die zwei vorhandenen Bäder sind bei einer größeren Gruppe sehr praktisch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen an einer Hauptstraße mit Restaurants und Geschäften und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand San Terenzo entfernt. Man erreicht die Stadt La Spezia in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und es gibt von dort aus eine gute Zugverbindung, um die Cinque Terre zu erreichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er besitzt auch direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ein sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant. Allgemein sind die Restaurants in San Terenzo eher klein und alle sehr gut besucht. Man sollte daher rechtzeitig vorher einen Tisch reservieren. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock des Hauses. Super fanden wir auch, dass man die Strandutensilien, die uns vom Besitzer zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, direkt im Eingangsbereich abgelegt werden konnten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in San Terenzo und werden sicher wieder kommen!
