About this farm stay rental
Our brand new apartment is located in Villamagna, a small town on the Florentine hills, 12 km from the center of Florence.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WIFI, air conditioning / heating and a panoramic terrace.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the south of Florence, the highway and public transport with which to move around the city.
It is also well positioned to explore all the fantastic Tuscan places: Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti, the coast, etc ..
So you can enjoy the Tuscan beauty without sacrificing relaxation and nature.
The "Giulio" apartment has been converted from an old barn keeping the typical features of the building and the area, but studying modern solutions with a refined and refined furniture in detail.
The apartment is located within our farm: we produce vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, vegetables and processed products that, if desired, can be purchased by guests.
For those who also want to engage in some practical activity, it will be possible to organize in the company experiences related to sowing, harvesting, cooking and processing of products.
The apartment is on two floors:
on the ground floor there is a living room-kitchen with a table for 4 people and a sofa bed for one and a half.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a view of the countryside and a full bathroom with a shower.
From the living room-kitchen leads to a beautiful terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Here you can relax, eat and enjoy beautiful aperitifs with sunset views.
The other half of the terrace hosts a second apartment, the Piero apartment, which can be rented at the same time and can accommodate up to 8 people from the same family, friends, etc.

In the property there are also the swimming pool, the barbecue and the pizza oven, which can be used by guests.

The views from the bedroom window and from the outdoor patio were breathtaking. The location is spectacular; up a forested, winding road, through the Tuscan hills. Keep driving past the little village for even more jaw-dropping vistas.
Maria is a lovely host and shared some excellent suggestions around restaurants, destinations, and activities. We had lots to do but were also happy to just enjoy the restorative, peaceful, very pretty. apartment.

Maria ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, unsere Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet.
Das Ferienhaus ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern. In echt sogar noch hübscher.
Der Pool und das ganze Anwesen von Maria und Leonardo ist ein Ruheplatz und perfekt zum abschalten!
Das Obst und Gemüse von der Farm ist super lecker und man kann auch Eier, Olivenöl oder Essig bei Maria kaufen.
Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und die Bergstraße bis nach villamagna ist abenteuerlich. Bis Florenz sind es aber nur 15 Autominuten und auch andere Städte wie Pisa, Lucca oder Siena sind in etwas mehr als einer Stunde zu erreichen.
Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen an diesem tollen Ort.

Diese wunderschöne mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Fewo ist der perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebiges Sightseeing. Die Beschreibung hält was sie verspricht. Das Anwesen mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt, befindet sich in den Bergen von Villamagna auf einem Hügel und ist nur einen Sprung von Florenz entfernt. Die Fewo ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und verbindet toskanische Romantik mit modernen Highlights. Maria, die Besitzerin und Herz dieses wunderschönen Refugiums hat ihre Berufung gefunden und heißt jeden Gast mit ihrer warmen, herzlichen und enthusiastisch italienischen Art herzlich willkommen. Auch die Tipps, die wir in Bezug auf Weingüter und Restaurants bekommen haben, waren allesamt perfekt. Zum Frühstück konnten wir Produkte aus eigener Herstellung erwerben (Eier, Öl, Marmelade, Tomaten). Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen und vermissen schon jetzt Bella Italia. Maria und ihrer Familie wünschen wir alles erdenklich Liebe. Arrivederci a presto. ❤️

My wife and two young daughters (4 and 5 months) had a fantastic 2 weeks at this apartment in August. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and the view even better. Maria the apartment owner is a font of knowledge for the local area and she really does go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The pizzaria and restaurant in Villamagna are brilliant and serve really authentic food - we ate a lot of pizza! Overall a fantastic two week stay and we will be back.
