L'emplacement de l'appartement qui est bien situé, proche de tout. Le stationnement est facile et l'accès au 8ème étage n'est pas un problème grâce aux ascenseurs. L'appartement est joliment décoré, avec vue sur la mer.
Il manque certains équipements comme un support pour poser les produits dans la douche, bien que cela soit un détail car niveau équipement nous n'avons globalement manqué de rien.
