The apartment is lovely, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The spare bed (sofa bed) is really big and comfortable. The location is the most excellent part about it - right on the square, you can see the fountains at night and are close to the restaurants. Lots of free parking around too.
This is no fault of the property, however there is a night club outside which is open until 6am. So lots of noise during the night (it was a Saturday) and especially at kickout time when the kebab shop opened. But it is right in the centre so it is to be expected, and it has not put us off staying again (which we will).

The perfect apartment and location for exploring Calais and northern France, right in the heart of Calais with restaurants and bars on the doorstep, an abundance of free on street parking and to top it off it of it was immaculate and stocked with all you’ll need.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This apartment is right in the heart of Calais town with shops, bars etc. all within a few minutes walk. It was most useful that YouTube was available on the TV without having to log in, so we could watch whatever we fancied as the Frech channels were mostly like the UK i.e. not very appealing unless you pay for it.
Now then, I have never been anywhere in the world where a nightclub stays open until 7am the next morning and the pizza shop right next to it as well! I could not believe when we were woken up at 4.40am by people in the street outside ordering pizzas and other............moral of the story we would stay here again but not on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday which is when the 555 nightclub is open. The hosts had provided earplugs to be fair but with no-one on the streets around 11pm we thought it would be a normal night.............
