Great location with a sea view on a quiet street close to the town and beach, a big plus is this property has its own parking space, (finding a free parking spot in Ventnor is a bit of a lottery) Ventnor is a lovely town with plenty of quality places to eat, drink, shop and explore (it also has the best ice cream on the island).
No negatives, we really enjoyed our stay.

A very very equipped, comfortable and perfectly situated apartment. The apartment was so comfortable, really and truly a home away from home.

Comfortable furniture, beds and good quality towels
The view across the bay is absolutely lovely

Good communication - would stay again.
We didn’t use the TV or heating so cannot comment on that.
Small thing but we arrived to no toilet paper which wasn’t ideal given the length of our trip.
In the information booklet it did say there would be a ‘welcome pack of local produce’ including some milk so I didn’t bring any with me. There was only a bottle of locally produced wine which, whilst very nice milk and toilet paper would have been more useful. Surprised not to have any shower toiletries.
Not a negative - just an observation - in the welcome pack it said there would be plastic bags in the rooms to strip beds and leave linen. There were no bags but I stripped the beds anyway and left the linen. Perhaps booklet needs updating if this is no longer necessary?
Very creaky floorboards and a couple of gaps
The parking is a bit of a faff but definitely good to have. Cars can park opposite as no yellow lines which make it very difficult to get out once in. A good job there was no one in the bay next to us as it would have been quite impossible.
I felt it was a little pricey but due to the pandemic everything seems to have hiked disproportionately. Would have stayed longer had it if been more affordable. Also we had already booked the ferry and so by the time we got the confirmation email it was too late to take advantage of the discount offered by the hosts. Might be worth mentioning in the details so people know this when they book?
Despite these few niggles this is a lovely place to stay.
