About this villa rental

A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 3-minute drive to Agia Pelagia Beach or the 9-minute drive to Psaromoura Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the private pool (enjoy the sun loungers!), or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1184-sq-ft villa, which also features outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and DVD player.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer.

La villa est parfaitement conforme à l annonce. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement. La villa est très bien située auprès de la belle ville d agia Pellagia. Une superbe vue ; tout confort ; différents espaces pour les différents moments de la journée ; villa extrêmement bien conçue. Faire attention à l accessiblilite, car la route n est pas en tres bon état. Ce petit point ne doit pas vous empêcher de la louer vous ne serez pas déçus

Très belle maison, tout le confort et l'extérieur est tout aussi magnifique avec plusieurs coins pour déjeuner ou dîner, une magnifique piscine et une vue incroyable sur la mer, on ne s'en lasse pas. L'accueil était parfait avec une belle corbeille de fruits, du vin local, des bouteilles d'eau et des yaourts dans le frigo et des petits gâteaux locaux délicieux. En arrivant de nuit, nous n'avons pas osé se fier au GPS qui nous indiquait de prendre un tout petit sentier mais finalement aucune crainte, c'est un chemin praticable. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour un séjour en famille où règne le calme autour de champs d'oliviers.

Wunderbare Lage mit tollem Blick über das Dorf und das Meer. Die Villa war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und war für die Erholung bestens geeignet. Der Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das kleinere Problem mit der Warmwasserversorgung wurde taggleich in Ordnung gebracht. Einzig die Ausschilderung könnte Verbessert werden. Die Karten-App auf dem Handy kannte die Straße nicht und es war eher Zufall, dass wir den Weg gefunden haben. Aber ansonsten ist die Lage toll, nur knapp 25 Minuten zum Flughafen und Heraklion.
