Located steps from Sunny Cove and other East Cliff beaches, this top floor ocean view rental features granite counter tops, espresso shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances and hardwood (laminate) flooring. The living room features a 50" LCD Smart TV with Xfinity's Double Play package in HD. We also provide high speed Xfinity WiFi Performance Pro internet.
The Master Bedroom includes a Queen size bed, 42" LCD Smart TV, oversized closet and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub.

The upstairs unit was nice with a great ocean view from the kitchen and the bedroom was comfortable. Unfortunately, Labor Day morning, loud construction started on the unit below at 7:45 a.m. and we had to leave sooner than we would have if not for the noise (our instructions were quiet hours were 9:00 pm to 9:00 a.m.)

Great location and clean inside the apartment. Beautiful view! Communicative and helpful hosts. Small improvements could make this place a solid 5. Suggested improvements: Lighting on the outside at the step (currently it has to be triggered around the corner after the steps), a bed frame that is not on wheels (bed itself is comfortable), a solution for the ant problem, new carpet/paint in dank stairwell, and a bedside lamp/table on right side of the bed (I had to buy a clip light so we could both read). A clean up outside would be nice too (the beach chairs are dirty and worn). Everything else is great! We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again.

the curb appeal was bad.landscaping was overgrown , cars parked everywhere,a dingy inside stairway ,no deck to enjoy the view.However inside was clean decorated nice with a good ocean view.
