Have fun with the whole family (or two!) at this amazing beach house! Steps from the Pacific and world class surfing. Five minute walk to restaurants and shopping in Pleasure Point. 15 minute walk into Capitola. This 3BR, 3 BA 2000 sq. ft townhome boasts every amenity and is very stylish. Reverse floor plan enables sweeping ocean views from the living room. Outside patio w plenty of room for bikes and surfboards. Six bunkbeds for kids + office for mom and dad. Gated parking.
