The villa is located at the foot of the picturesque Borgo di Iano, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period.
Located on the border of the three provinces of Siena, Florence and Pisa, it is a perfect starting point to visit the most beautiful cities in Tuscany, reachable by car in a short time.
San Gimignano and Volterra only 20 minutes.
The villa built in the mid-1900s was the Borgo school until the 70s, completely renovated by the owners, maintaining its high ceilings it has been transformed into a beautiful villa.
It has been furnished with original furniture from the early 1900s, and with attention to the smallest details to provide its guests with maximum comfort.
210 meters all on the same floor, with 3 access doors to the delightful and well-kept garden, completely fenced and with a beautiful laurel hedge to embellish it, with the beautiful wrought iron gazebo, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills . Immersed among the olive trees, the delightful swimming pool of exquisite workmanship with baby tub, with wooden beds and deckchairs, complete this corner of paradise.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
The surrounding area allows you to admire wonderful landscapes made of clay hills, vast wooded areas, rows of cypresses that alternate with vineyards and olive groves.

Amazing house all to ourselves with stunning views and private pool, and room to park more than one car! The owner is fantastic- respected our privacy but was available right away when needed. There is a tiny village just two minutes walk with restaurant and small alimentary. Hiking also nearby. You will not be disappointed here - absolutely perfect slice of Tuscany in easy reach of great destinations.

This villa is all that is promised and more. The ladies that greeted us on arriving were sweet and welcoming. The house itself is incredible. So much attention has gone into every detail to make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool area was perfect. Every room wakes up to the best views of Tuscany. Centrally located we were able to reach all the cities in the area. Antico Borgo was a delicious restaurant at the top of the hill. Our hostesses outdo themselves with kindness. Loved our stay there.

Manuela was great. She made sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly like the photos. The location is remote and just what we wanted. I would recommend this home to all. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!
Minor fine points that we were unaware of but small in consequence:
There is a 6 Euro charge per person not included in the price and an upcharge for the AC. The house is very cool and has great windows. Not much need for AC.

Nous étions 7 adultes. Grande maison soignée aux espaces très bien distribués ( 4 chambres avec 4 salles d'eau et WC). Jardin fleuri et arboré, aménagé autour de la piscine (prof. 1,20m). Manuela, la propriétaire, est aux petits soins pour ses invités, avant et pendant le séjour. Iano est un tout petit hameau avec un 'Alimentari' basique et un bar-restaurant à la bonne cuisine locale. La belle campagne toscane à perte de vue !
