About this house rental
We welcome you in this beautiful little cottage, located in the middle of meadows, surrounded by hedges, in the heart of the perch.
Unobstructed view of the castle of feugerets.
5min from Belleme and its forest, 45min from Le Mans and its famous circuit.
This cottage includes
On the ground floor
* A lounge (tv with DVD player and DVD. Not yet connected to the antenna) with fireplace equipped with a wood stove (We provide enough to heat reasonably, the surplus will be at your expense).
* An equipped kitchen with dining area (baby highchair).
A microfiber dish towel will be provided.
What you make a coffee will be available.
* A bathroom bath wc (baby potty and bath recliner).
One microfiber bath towel per person will be provided.
Upstairs
* A large room with 4 beds 1pers.
* A room with 1 bed 2pers and 1 cot with baby bars.
Possibility of adding an umbrella bed.
The beds will be made upon arrival.
Outside
A garden furniture (stored in winter).
A barbecue.
A basketball hoop (foam balloon).
Possibility to rent bikes
5 € / day deposit 250 € / bike.
We have 1 MTB man, 1 MTB woman, 2 MTB teenager, 1 MTB child and 1 small bike with wheels.
It's up to you to plan the helmets.

Parfait pour un we, avec une belle vue sur un château. On peut partir en ballade de la maison. Très bon accueil en arrivant avec un poêle allumé.
