Thanks Ioannis for helping us to have a great stay in amazing Symi. Would recommend the house and the island for a stay of anything for 3 days to 10 days. We spent 4 nights and didn’t h e enough time to do everything we wanted in the island.
Ioannis is a very helpful and responsive host. He organised lots of things for us - taxi transfers, luggage minding in Rhodes and a lovely welcome from his mother when we arrived at the house.
The house suited our family of 5 perfectly. It’s a short flat walk from the centre of the port at Symi (about 1 mile from the blue star ferry terminal).
The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was stocked with water, juice, snacks and cooking and cleaning products.
The beaches of Symi (accessed by fast water taxis) are amazing, the water is crystal clear and safe although you should bring water shoes as they are quite stoney. Lots of really good and mid priced restaurants in the port, as well as leather, clothes and jewellery shops.
We will be back!
