Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per il check in tardivo a causa di ritardo non preventivato. Appartamento curato. In caso di ritorno a Bologna, sicuramente lo prenoteremo di nuovo.

Owner of the property was very kind. He doesn’t speak English but communicated well using a translator app. Property was clean, well laid out and had a washing machine! We used this stop half way through our Italy trip to do some laundry. Location is great! So easy to walk to the main square and around the city.
Bathroom just had basic soap. Could have been better stocked with shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. Kitchen also has simple basics.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y cómodo.
Lo único negativo que puedo indicar es que, al ser 3 personas, no nos dieron acceso a la 2a habitación y nos prepararon el sofá cama del comedor.

La casa è vicina al centro, moderna, accogliente e funzionale. L'host ci è venuto incontro nel posticipare l’orario di check out di due ore senza sovrapprezzo.
La casa ha bisogno di essere arieggiata durante il giorno e il lettino che ci è stato dato è fatiscente, danneggiato e macchia. Questa è una seconda recensione (ho cancellato la prima) dal momento che non era sufficientemente alta per l'host (il punteggio era 8) che ha minacciato di chiederci il risarcimento per il lettino che i miei figli avrebbero danneggiato con i denti. Peccato che i miei figli sono talmente piccoli che i denti non li hanno ancora.
