45m² apartment at the bottom of the Chalet located at the foot of the slopes. South-East exposure and location at 1900m for a panoramic and exceptional view of the Eyssina massif.
The accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4p (2 adults and 2 children) with 2 bedrooms, a living space of 27m².
A heated ski room is available. The departure and the return to the chalet are possible by the tracks (access to the green track "the right"
The shops in the heart of the resort are 5 minutes' walk away.
The chalet LA COLOMBE enjoys a privileged location on the resort, its main assets:
- Easy parking with 1 private place in front of the chalet and other nearby parking lots,
- South / South East orientation with exceptional panoramic view,
- Location at the foot of the slopes (less than 50m separates you from the first track) with heated ski room,
- ESF, Tourist Office and shops within 5 minutes walk
The accommodation is made up of:
- A living space (dining room / kitchen / living room) of 27m² with large windows and offering a panoramic view of the resort and the Eyssina ridge
- A bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- A bedroom "mountain corner" with 2 bunk beds,
- A separate sanitary,
- A bathroom with sink, shower, electric towel dryer
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker with filter, a (new) fridge, a dishwasher, a 2-burner electric hob as well as plates, glasses. and covered in sufficient quantity.
The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140cm wide), two armchairs with a coffee table and a TV.
A new washing machine is available in the common area of the chalet.
A summer outdoor terrace is provided with table, chairs and deckchairs for this accommodation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vars les Claux.
Le logment est idéalement placé : pas au milieu de la station, mais au calme à qq mins à pied de toutes les commodités. Seul bémol (mais le logement n'y est pour rien) la magnifique vue gâchée par des grues de construction.... mais on se tourne dans l'autre sens et le tour est joué !! Randos géniales dans le coin.... mention Spéciale pour le Val d'Escrin... à faire

Très bon séjour. L'appartement du rez de chaussée du chaussée était très propre à notre arrivée. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Les ustensiles et service de cuisine sont récents. On a également été bien accueilli par la conciergerie.
