About this house rental
This little piece of heaven is located on the beautiful island of Šolta.
It is set in the village of Nečujam which is perfect for families and friends who love enjoy the piece and quiet.

The house was build in 2014. It is new and modern, with beautiful view on the city of Split and only 30 meters away of private beach wher you can enjoy in summer activities .
It is located 1 mile away from the center of Nečujam where is market, coffee shop, restaurants, bakery and everything you need.
In the house is kitchen, dining area, living room where we have pull-out sofa, bathroom , and two rooms. In one room is double bed and in the other room is two single beds.
From the dining room you have beautiful view on the big garden . In the garden are covered area for eating and resting all day by the big swimming pool. Also you have barbecue for preparing local fish which you can buy on the fish market.
The house can acomodate 4+2 people.
In front of house is parking space for 2/3 cars .
All house is equipped with TV, internet and air conditioners .
The house is perfect for families and friends who love relax and enjoy in quiet and pieces, but also you can have active vacation and ride a bike, swimming , snorkling, rent jet ski of boat and many others.
Very important is that island is well-connected with catamaran and ferry lines several times a day so you can go to city of Split and make your day for shopping , sightseeing and in the evening return to Šolta .
Come and visit us, you wont regret it and you will enjoy .

You have a safety deposit box for your personal items .
Check in at 16pm and check out at 11am .

On arrival we were met by the owner's son who showed us around and explained how everything worked. The views were amazing the villa was exceptionally clean with everything you could need. 10 minutes away on the bike, two were provided, were the most amazing beautiful coves with crystal turquoise sea each one had a concrete diving area for you to sunbathe and dive from. You could also access the sea which was located at the bottom of a small Lane just down from the villa. Concrete areas were provided for you to enter and leave the sea safely. Jelly Shoes/wetsuit slip on shoes definitely need to be worn as there were the odd black spiky sea urchins here and there. These didn't causes us any problems at all and we love playing and swimming in the sea. We took our blow up kayak with us to the villa and loved kayaking around the coast. Nearby you can find restaurants shops and bars run by very friendly locals. We hired a car which enabled us to visit and explore local beaches ( no sand) and harbours which were outstandingly beautiful and a must. We visited restaurants which served tasty fish dishes as well as steaks, pizzas and salads all fresh and delicious. The people who owned the villa were very helpful. If we had a question we just text their daughter, who was put in charge as her English was better than her father's, she would reply with an answer or her brother would come over and show us what we needed to know. The pool was very clean, the same depth throughout with accessible steps at on side. If we were not in the sea then we were longing in the pool. It was amazing!!! The bedrooms were plenty big enough, the washing machine was very handy. The kitchen had every gadget you could ask for even a dishwasher, We loved the fact that you had many places to sit and eat at the villa, depending on how hot it was or time of day. The air conditioning was only in the lounge area so we kept the doors to the bed rooms open in the day to keep them cool. My son slept in the lounge on the pull out bed and was very happy.The ferry crossings were really easy to book over to Solta island. Make sure you turn up an hour early even if you have booked to ensure you get on the boat. It was an hours crossing. When we arrived at the island our villa was only 10 mins away from the boat. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant and we can't wait to return. An amazing villa with breathtaking views and super location!
