About this house rental

A short distance from a water park, sailing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 8-minute drive to Prvic or the 8-minute drive to Vodice Harbor (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1507-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the heated pool (enjoy the sun loungers!) or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Our big family of seven had a fantastic 6-day vacation in a luxury villa. Everything was amazing, in particular: * Very friendly and kind property owners who went out of their way to make our vacation memorable like bringing local olive oil, fresh jam they made, sharing harvest from their garden, preparing a crib for our toddler, and many other things * Brand new property with everything needed. If there was something we needed, property owners were quick to bring. The villa is in impeccable condition with luxury amenities and well-stocked kitchen * Location is quiet, tucked away from major roads which creates secluded atmosphere. Approximately 7 minutes from great beaches * Vodice, the nearest town has relaxed vibe, great restaurants. When arriving make sure to ask the hosts for the best directions as google maps tends to meander

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der Villa Sundowner. Susanne und Herbert haben ein ganz tolles Urlaubsdomizil geschaffen. Auch bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an die beiden wenden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit🌺

Die Villa ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht (als besondere Extras: Klimanalage, Kaffeeautomat und großer Kühlschrank mit Eiszubereitung). Die Beschreibung ist exakt und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Eine Übernahme der Villa vor der vereinbarten Zeit war problemlos möglich. Die Lage abseits einer befestigten Straße ist in der Beschreibung aufgeführt und war nicht überraschend. Das Objekt kann unbedingt empfohlen werden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermißt.

Wir sind eine 6-köpfige Familie mit kleinem Hund und haben unsere Pfingstferien in der Villa Sundowner verbracht. Die Villa ist extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Neben Handtüchern, Pool-/Strandtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo, Bodylotion, Seife ist sogar für den Insektenschutz gesorgt. Es mangelt an nichts! Susanne und Herbert sind ein ausgesprochen sympathisches Ehepaar, die dieses Objekt vermieten und für alle Fragen zur Verfügung stehen und ggf. sofort nach einer Lösung suchen. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß für die Kinder und uns stand ebenfalls bereit und neben der selbstgemachten Marmelade gabe es auch noch selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Die Gegend um Sibenic ist ausgesprochen schön und auch die Strände von Srima sind sehr zu empfehlen. In Vodice kann sogar bis 15.6. der vierbeinige Freund mit an den Strand. Der Pool an der Villa ist immer sauber und auch nach einem Strandtag immer gerne genutzt. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub, der leider viel zu schnell vorüber ging! Herzlichen Dank für diese perfekte Zeit an Susanne und Herbert! Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollte uns unser nächster Urlaub wieder in diese wunderschöne Gegend verschlagen. 5-Sterne von uns für ALLES!
