About this apartment rental
Our 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet location in Weimar. The open-plan apartment, in a newly built building, offers a spacious living area with a high-quality equipped open kitchen and a sleeping area.
In addition to a leather sofa, the living area also offers a modern television. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle and coffee machine. An extensive range of cookware and dinnerware is also offered. A dining table is also available here. In the sleeping area you will find space in a 1.60 m wide bed and a baby bed can also be placed here. The modern bathroom has a shower, an illuminated mirror and a toilet. You will also find a hairdryer.
Parking is free of charge directly at the building. You are also welcome to bring your bicycles with you. These can be parked on the property.
Enjoy the quiet location of the apartment, from which you can reach the "Park an der Ilm" in just a few minutes on foot, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998. On a leisurely stroll along the Ilm you will pass Goethe's garden house, discover romantic bridges, enjoy the impressions of nature and walk towards the Weimar city palace at the end of the park.
Explore the old town with its diverse sights, the museums with their exhibitions and attend a performance in the German National Theater without looking for a parking space. A bus stop is only 400m away from our apartment.
The Belvedere Park with its castle is 3 km away.
Take the train to Erfurt, Jena or the outskirts of Weimar. You can reach a small train station by foot after 300m.
In the vicinity of our apartment you will find a supermarket with a bakery and butcher (800m).

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem netten kleinen Apartment sehr genossen. Die ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Etwas oberhalb des Ilm-Parks gelegen kann man wunderbar in die Innenstadt von Weimar wandern. Mit dem PKW oder mit Bus sind es ein paar Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Schlüssel war in einem Safe gut zu erreichen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail problemlos und prompt.

Gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Frische Blumen zur Begrüßung, ausreichende Pads für die Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Kurze persönliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieter hätte uns gefreut.
