It was clean and accommodating for my family of 6. It was spring break, so it was packed but still not overly crowded. The kids had a blast in the pool and enjoyed the large windows with city views everywhere.
The parking was rough; I kind of wish I had paid the valet fee and done that instead. It would have cost more, but the stress of parking a very large SUV in Chicago was terrible. There was some wear throughout the hotel, like peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, but it was still very clean. The beds, however, were not the most comfortable, and the bedding was loud and not soft.

I enjoyed our stay. loved the indoor pool and spa friendly staff. good location . easy walk to nearby resturants

Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub was nice.
Breakfast was bland and not worth the extra charge. Parking was way to expensive.
