About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a panoramic villa with independent entrance and garden. Completely renovated and modern inside, it is 5 minutes walk from the historic center of the Etruscan town of Chiusi. From the apartment you can enjoy the view of the valley below surrounded by Tuscan hills. Excellent for those seeking privacy and relaxation.
LIVING ROOM
The spacious and bright living room has a large window overlooking the surrounding olive trees. The room is furnished in a modern style with a large sofa (which can be transformed into a double bed if necessary), a dining table and a 43 "Smart TV 4k where you can watch a good movie on Netflix.
BEDROOM
The bedroom, modern in all its components, has a double bed with a white steel structure and romantic decoration. The bedroom also has a chest of drawers and a 2-door wardrobe ideal for storing your clothing.
KITCHEN
The completely new kitchen has a dishwasher, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine where you can prepare excellent coffee or cappuccino. At the side of the kitchen there is a large fireplace ideal for warming up in the winter or for preparing excellent barbecues in the summer.
BATHROOM
The large and spacious bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head, a modern sink and a heated towel rail. The presence of shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer will make you feel pampered at home.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire structure.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Chiusi, equal to 1 euro per day per person (excluding minors within 12 years) will be required, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive days.

Een mooi licht en ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht over vallei en bergen.
De ligging, vlakbij het historische centrum van Chiusi was mooi maar je moet wel goed ter been zijn want het weggetje naar het appartement loopt vrij stijl af.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Communication with the owner was very good. A helpful guy how gave us also advice for sightseeing. Answers via WhatsApp quickly. The apartment was very clean and nice. The temperature was very pleasant.

L'appartamento di Andrea è bellissimo, pulitissimo e comodo per visitare i vicini punti di interesse. Siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità, ci sono state date informazioni e consigli e siamo nel complesso stati benissimo! Torneremo non appena ci troveremo nei paraggi della caratteristica Chiusi! Super vista sulle colline toscane!! Grazie Andrea! Ele e matte
