Mary was super helpful and nice. The location was great on walking distance to the center and the beach. There was a lot of free stuff for us to use - coffee, sweets, drugs. The balcony was great and there were a lot of parking spaces nearby. She gifted us hand made magnets ❤️
The place needs a little renovation. I cut my leg on the first day on the tiles upon entering the bathroom. One of the beds was really squeaking. The situation with the waiting for hot water was not convenient.

Muy amable el anfitrión. El estudio, cómodo. Hay algunas cosas a disposición para consumir (sal, pimienta, café, caramelos). Hubiera sido un buen gesto haber tenido agua a disposición, dado que estamos en pleno verano.
Le da un toque de calidez a la estancia un recuerdito que dejan como souvenir.
A pesar de que es bastante céntrico, la subida hasta llegar al lugar es un tema que hay que afrontar, más aún cuando se viaja con una valija grande.
Me llamó la atención que el anfitrión me reclamara el pago de un impuesto que supuestamente Booking, por error, no lo cobró. Creo que Booking debió haberme avisado de este hecho. Lo terminé pagando en el momento, cash. El anfitrión debió haberse hecho cargo de esa diferencia, dado que uno de los motivos por los cuales elegí ese alojamiento era por el precio.
