About this house rental
Chez Berger is a beautiful old farm house that has recently undergone a complete renovation to incorperate period features alongside modern day family living. Located in the charming historical village of Giez with its own 18 hole golf course and excellent restuarant, it is ideally located just a short distance to Lake Annecy, the local ski stations and its surrounding areas.
*We are still adding the final touches to the house, pictures will be getting updated, but the quality of the house will only be getting better!*
On the ground floor you will enter into a large open plan kitchen/dining area (seating 8)the kitchen is brand new and fully kitted out. The kitchen leads into the lounge with TV and DVD. There is also a double bedroom (underfloor heating)at the back with its own large ensuite bathroom (walk in shower). The washing machine is also temporarily located here!
Upstairs you will find one twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a double room with queen size bed leading onto its own private balcony with views to mont blanc. There is also a family bathroom with full size shower bath.
At the front of the house is the garden with decking area, perfect for watching the world go by, or having a bite to eat there is a large table, bbq and sun loungers.The garden will be fenced in (work in progress!).
There is also a secondary garden just across the quite road where kids can play to their hearts content.
If you are attending events at the Ferme de Gy, our house is an easy walk to the venue.

The home was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. We loved the patio as well. The home is very close to a grocery store, and the home itself is equipped with everything you need to cook. Thank you!We absolutely loved the atmosphere of the rental and Giez and just enjoying the scenery. I would definitely recommend!!

We stayed 1 week in the lovely house in Giez.
The house is very well equipped and perfectly located in quiet and charming village of Giez.
Faverges is 5min away and the lac 10min away.
Natalie and François were great host with easy communication.

Beautifull high end finished house in amazing village. Short drive to Annecy and a few minutes to supermarkets. Cows walking past the house in the street twice a day was a unique highlight.
