The apartment is fully consistent with the photos. The neat decoration allowed us to really feel at home there. In addition, it is ideally located, a stone's throw from the Duomo, while being slightly away from the crowd, in the pleasant district of Sant'Ambrogio. Diana is very kind, helpful and available. If I have the chance to come back to Florence, this is the apartment I will rent again, for sure! Grazie mille Diana!

Loved everything, especially Diana being so helpful and the handyphone was very “handy”. Apartment was very spacious and well air-conditioned with great amenities, wonderful location and was a great value.
Only thing that was a little bothersome was that the bed was a little harder than we preferred, but that is entirely personal.

everything was good inside the apartment. comfortable check in
very noisy. we couldnt sleep even with the windows closed. Noise from cars and the nearest restaurant, parties in the house until 3 a.m. At 6 am, repairs began in the neighboring building. I think a company should not rent apartments if near construction in progress. This spoiled us the whole impression of Florence. We did not rest
