The apartment was spacious and clean and was in a great location and very good facilities kitchen equipment, plus secure parking.
We did not find any fault with the property.

The location was amazing. Right in the centre of Windsor with private parking. The flat is comfortably large with great views and a bonus balcony that we had not been aware of. It felt really homely.
Our bed was a little too soft for us. it felt like the mattress could do with replacing. Our bedroom faced a pub garden so on the Friday and Saturday night it was pretty noisy until midnight. On balance, this was because we were so central, so it was not a big problem. We were quite cold a lot of the time. We worked out that the heating was only set to 20 degrees, and only came on for 6:30-8am and from 6-10pm. Also, at the off times, the heating was set to 12 degrees. It was very cold by the end of the night. If the flat is rated as 5 star, the heating should be on higher and for longer than that. We did work out how to increase the temperature, but it kept resetting. Also, there was a time when one person had had a shower very late and then another person wanted a shower early, and there was no hot water for the early person. Hot water should be available at all times.

We stayed as a family of 5 and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Really clean and well equipped and in a superb location with Windsor Central literally a 3 minute walk. Comms with the owner were excellent as well. Would definitely stay again. Parking was great too!
