About this apartment rental
Rothhelmshausen is with about 250 inhabitants the smallest district of the city Fritzlar.
In Rothhelmshausen, which is idyllically situated in the forest, there is a playground and a football field. All necessary shops, restaurants, cafes and a variety of leisure activities such as swimming pool, cinema, bowling center, etc. are located in the 5 km away Fritzlar.
Even the very beautiful cities of Bad Wildungen and Homberg are only a few minutes away by car. The Edersee is about 20 minutes away and the documentary city Kassel can be easily reached via the motorway in 30 minutes. Due to the location right next to the forest, you can let your children play outside the garden.
In over 200 years old forester's house is the very spacious (120sqm) apartment for max. 7 people.
The master bedroom has a double bed with separate toilet and a private entrance to the terrace.
A cot is also available there.
The second bedroom is a bunk bed and also a double bed available and thus offers space for 4 people.
In the spacious living room with open access to the kitchen you can make yourself comfortable in front of the stove.
All rooms are ecologically renovated and offer a great sense of space through the ancient timber frame and clay plaster.
The high-quality fitted kitchen has dishwasher, combi steamer and of course on fridge-freezer and stove and oven.
The forester's house has a 2000sqm garden, which can be shared. In addition, the apartment has its own terrace with about 80 square meters, on which a barbecue is available.
Directly adjacent to their terrace is the open stable, where our ponies welcome their neighbors.
There are also 12 chickens on the farm (organic eggs included for breakfast), two dogs, two cats and five people.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber und eine wunderschöne Umgebung machten den Aufenthalt für die OP unseres Hundes zu einem erholsamen Kurz-Urlaub.
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Komfort ausgestattet und das Parken ist am Haus möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, stressfreie Kommunikation, tolle Wohnung mit viel Komfort, stabiles Wlan, Parken am Haus möglich. Sehenswerte Umgebung (Stadt, Land, Fluss See, Burg), tolle Restaurants. SEHR EMFEHLENSWERT!

Ich wollte mal 1 Woche ganz anschahlten, habe tgl. mit dem Coronastress zutun. Leider ging es mit dem Abschalten nicht so gut. Da das Haus total hellhörig ist, hörte man jede Bewegung von oben, morgen wurde man vom Wecker aus der oberen Wohnujng geweckt. Dazu kam noch( wir haben nichts gegen Hunde, haben wir ja im Vorfeld gewusst), dass die Hunde oft und anhaltend gebellt haben. Abends war das lesen eines Buches nur am Esstisch möglich, ansonsten war im Wohnzimmer keine passende Beleuchtung vorhanden. Beim Holzofen fehlte das Anmachholz, daher lies er sich nich befeuern. Wir wussten ja, das es eine kontaktlose Übergabe gab, aber so kontaktlos hatten wir es uns nicht vorgestellt. Wenn wir etwas brauchten,m sollte man bei jns an der Schelle schellen, dann würde man sich melden, war nicht so. Die Wohnung war ansonsten sauber, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Wir waren dann häufig unterwegs und haben uns auch so etwas erholt. Evtl. noch ein Tip. Die vielen Lichtschalter waren etwas kurios verteilt. Vielleicht würde eine kleine Beschriftung helfen. Wen man nachts zum WC muss, an eine Taschenlamp denken.
