Central location with parking, well equipped, friendly owners.
Sofabed uncomfortable as a sofa. PassPass. As an older person I would’ve preferred information in advance of arrival.

Emplacement TB, tout est faisable à pieds, calme (rue et immeuble). Studio agréable: tres bien pensé. Arrivée avec indications tres pratique et facile. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Le ménage n'est pas fait dans les coins. Serviette de toilette propre mais avec des tâches. Literie moyennement confortable: matelas dur, protège matelas en plastique qui fait du bruit, couette fine.

Great location and secure with a lift. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is quite good. The apartment is bright and airy. It has potential to be great but needs some attention and cleaning.
The bed is hard with a plastic type mattress protector which makes you sweat. The bed linen and towels are tatty and need to be replaced. The kitchen sponges need to be fresh for each client and the sofa/couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. The 5pm check-in is too late.
