About this house rental
Ideally located in a green and quiet setting in the city, we are 1 minute walk from the station, 2 minutes walk from the city center by the underground passage from the station, less than 5 minutes from the famous squares and close to shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, hypermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, health center, theater, cinema, etc.).
Everything can be done on foot if you wish. You are close to cultural events, tourist centers and Arras Golf. You are also 15 km from the Louvre Lens and 1 hour from the Opal Coast.
The 140 m2 house with a capacity of 2 to 8 people, classified 4 * is composed of:
- On the ground floor: a large living room, a dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, grill -bread, electric kettle ..., laundry (washing machine, table + iron).
- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathroom (shower, sink, WC) in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a 1.60m x 2m bed with slatted base and comfort mattress (all bedding is new), flat screen TV, wardrobe and storage unit. All bedrooms are fitted with shutters.
The bathrooms are fitted with 90 x 90 glass showers, thermostatic mixer, sink with mixer tap placed on a 2-drawer storage unit, a towel radiator, a wall-hung toilet.
- On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 2 to 4 people including:
o 1 single room for 2 people with a 1.60 mx 2 m bed with slatted base and comfort mattress (new bedding),
o 1 living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2 people in 1.40 mx 1.90 m), wardrobe and storage unit.
o A bathroom with 90 x 90 glass shower, thermostatic mixer, sink with mixer tap placed on a 2-drawer storage unit, a towel radiator, a toilet.
- A large very green garden with large furnished terrace, private parking.
- A deposit will be requested on your arrival and returned at the end of your stay

Beautiful house close to the train station. We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is hard to find. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. Would definitely stay here again.

Gerald has a lovely place. Clean with everything you need (save soap/shampoo for the showers). He was easy to communicate with and the location is convenient, just out side the city center. I would recommend to friends and family.

So easy to get to the Place des Heroes and the self guided walk through the city, a short walk to a big grocery store, fuel station and pharmacy, and simple to drive out of the city to access the sights. So close to the train station. Your hosts are near but allow you to have your holiday. We loved having our own suites (each bedroom had its own bathroom). Perfect for adults as well as families who need their children to go outside and run around a bit. The garden is perfect for that. Finally, a well stocked kitchen allows for eating at home with ease.
