Lovely friendly staff, very clean & comfortable.
Excellent choice of breakfasts.
Nice power shower
Lovely shortbread on arrival.
Could have had better lighting ( rather dark in our room) and better toiletries ( very small amount of combined hair & body wash in shower).
Earlier check in would have been appreciated - 5 pm rather late!

The staff were lovely, so helpful and kind. Room was incredible and breakfast perfect. Cooked fresh and whatever options you asked for were done with a genuine 'not a problem'. 😍
If I was being really picky then I could have done with a thinner pillow as both pillows were the same (lovely as they were as individual pillows) I needed 1.5 pillows as one was not high enough and two was too high. I got round it but it would have been good to have a choice of 2 different sizes. Was too late to.ask as after 6 pm on Sunday (Easter Sunday) and I was not going to bother anyone as I managed to sort it with clothing.😁. Secondly, we could not find how to turn the towel rail on. Looked everywhere. Found a switch outside bathroom and switched it on but after a while something 'beeped' so we switched it off!!!😂
The room was very specious with lovely homemade shortbread biscuits to go with the tea/coffee/hotchocolate. Host more than happy to provide decaf tea for us. Wetroom/bathroom huge!!!! I can imagine room used for disabled as doors wider than normal and lots of space around the bed. It would be perfect for someone with additional needs or who is elderly. We were neither and we loved the space.
As someone with Tinnitus the total and utter silence from 9pm to.8am !!!😮.
I am just not used to it being so quiet!!!😂

I can't think of anything I liked particularly.
How black it was during the night, nothing to light up te dark areas when taking the dog out and believe me it was dark.
