Personal touch , as Sharon met us at Toot Hoots with a very nice cream tea, and some bread, butter, milk, her own fresh eggs, tea bags and more. Cleaning materials which was very thoughtful of Sharon, we think she cares very much about people coming to her lovely chalet., having a lovely holiday..

Very sweet and pretty.
Too cold for me. Portable heaters available but generally not sufficient on some days. Bathroom particularly cold.

Missed a handrail in the shower, more drawer space in the bedroom would be useful
