Just a few minutes walk to the beach, pubs, park, golf course, bowling green and the pretty village of Mundesley, this spacious, fully equipped bungalow has everything on its doorstep.. All on the Ground Floor:

Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store in garage. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a covered pond in the garden.. Just a few minutes walk from the wonderful sandy beach and the heart of this beautiful coastal village, Southbank is a lovely spacious bungalow. It is fully equipped and offers excellent, light and very comfortable 4 star accommodation, making it ideal for both families or couples. Gardeners will love the full range of garden tools, and are welcome to potter about.
Mundesley village has everything on its doorstep, including shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and even a tourist information centre in high season. Gold Park is a short stroll away with crazy golf, toddlers swing park, skateboard park, outdoor gym, basketball and tennis courts. For two weeks In August, there is even a circus in the park. For golfers there is Mundesley Golf Course, a challenging 9 hole course and Mundesley Bowls Club, both within walking distance and both very welcoming to holiday makers.
This is a great area for birdwatching, coastal walks, golf, fishing, cycling, boating or simply having family fun on the beach. Excellent year-round dog friendly beaches are only 7 minutes walk away, located either side of the main beach. Wroxham, known as the ‘capital of the Broads’, is just 12 miles away for boat hire and river trips, waterside restaurants, cafés and shops. The popular seaside town of Cromer is 7 miles away with its famous pier. There are many NT properties such as Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park just a short drive away. Blakeney Quay, for seal trips, is 23 miles and the city of Norwich is just 20 miles, with excellent shopping, theatre, castle, museum, cathedral, cafés and restaurants, or a little further, Great Yarmouth is 27 miles away. A excellent cottage, well equiped and nicely decorated. Bread and milk was supplied by the owner which was very welcome. Will stay here again and is recommended by us.

The bungalow was amazing. The only negative thing I can say is. advertising this property you state minute away from beach ? Yes in a car not walking I was disappointed with this as this is the only reason I booked it

This is a really excellent holiday cottage, well presented and decorated with a seaside theme, very comfortable, good sized rooms, plenty of space for 2 adults 2 teens and a dog. Really well equipped kitchen, and everything you could possibly need was provided, including a hair dryer, hot water bottle, fan, books, games, and a set of drawers in the kitchen with a whole range of supplies like a sewing kit. The owners really have thought of everything. Completely enclosed rear garden so the dog was safe outside. Lovely quiet road but only a few minutes from the town's amenities and beach. Highly recommend this cottage for a real home from home break.
