La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima. La camera da letto ed il bagno erano stupendi. Molto utile la cucina per fare colazione.

Igazi toszkan villa, tagas tiszta szobakkal, tokletesen felszerelt konyhaval es kedves tulajdonosokkal. Festoi kornyezetben helyezkedik el nem nehez megtalalni. Ugy ereztuk magunkat, mint a meseben ! Egeszen biztosan vissza fogunk terni !

Beautiful place in nature with a lovely view. Well-kept and charming building. Spacious rooms. There are small tables in front of each room for your coffee and wooden large tables on the side so you can sit and enjoy the place.
When we booked on booking.com the 2 rooms separated 4 people in 1 room and 1 people on the second one. when we arrived we informed that there was a mistake and they didn't have a problem to accommodate as 3 in the first room and 2 on the second. (they did not charge anything extra for that) .
Disappointing Stay Despite the Beautiful Setting
First of all, communication was almost impossible. The hosts knew only a few words of English and could not understand us. Even when using WhatsApp, they kept replying in Italian. While it’s common that many Italians prefer to speak their language, when running a tourist facility it is essential to have someone who can communicate with international guests.
The AC is not configurable.. its either on or off. That means you cannot set the temperature.
The worst part of our stay, however, was the noise. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be a small party that evening. We agreed — we had booked a quiet place, but one night of music was acceptable. We even joined and it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the next evening, after a long day, we returned to rest, only to find another event starting around 19:30. Loud music played, and groups of people passed directly in front of the rooms heading to the “Fermento by Agriturismo Fonte Belvedere” venue (inside the facility, owned but the rooms owners), located only 30 meters away, with its entrance right next to the guest rooms.
This happened every night of our 3-night stay. From 19:30 until around 00:30 there was loud music and dozens of partygoers passing right by the rooms. We specifically chose this accommodation for peace and quiet, expecting to share the place with only a few other guests. Instead, we had to deal with nightly parties.
The owners should clearly inform guests in advance that there are events held on the property next to the rooms. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is definitely not the place.
