From the time you arrive you will be greeted with the WOW factor, a totally refurbished property with an extensive deck which overlooks the most stunning water views. Relax on the deck and watch tall ships, yachts, dolphins and (if you're lucky) orcas make their way up and down the channel in front of the house.
This property has been totally renovated with a new kitchen; extended living area; enlarged deck; new en-suite and walk in wardrobe; interior decorating and the list goes on and on. The large master bedroom has panoramic views with a newly renovated en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. It also has plenty of room for a travel cot and other baby paraphernalia if required.
The multimedia system is comprehensive and there is a Blue-Ray/DVD player should you wish to bring disks with you - a small selection of movies is available as well.
Paihia townsfolk are famous for their friendly and welcoming character. The town is a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from the house and all its amenities and restaurants are there to explore.
It is the perfect holiday home this "Ahuru Mowai" - a comfortable relaxing haven. The ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Bay of Islands and beyond.

Please advise if you have very small children (toddlers) or babies so we can help you secure the deck and organise a portacot to be made available.
Parking for 2 cars only - other vehicles will need to park on Veronica Street roadside.
Please leave the house clean and tidy, a $100 cleaning fee is chargeable should the property be left in a particularly untidy state.
We do not charge a bond - however we will require an imprint of a valid credit card on arrival.

The welcome basket full of snacks and food was awesome! Great Nespresso machine. Most of all, the outside deck and view were amazing!!!

The home is as described and provided everything we needed for your stay. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the home was very clean and spacious. The host provided Nespresso coffee pods which made for a quick cup of coffee to enjoy on the deck each morning.

The photos do not do the house justice! The living area opening on to the deck with the views is fabulous. All of the bedrooms have the same view over the water and the master suite is separate upstairs with windows on three sides. Very well equipped house with a thoughtful welcome basket. Light and spacious. An easy 20minute walk into town, which is lovely along the water's edge around low tide.
