Wairangi is a 4 bedroom beach house located in the historic precinct of Paihia and situated on the site of the first Mission House erected by the Rev.Henry Williams. This Paihia Beach holiday house has beachfront views and a gorgeous grassed area perfect for families and friends - and includes free Wi-Fi.
This Paihia Beach holiday home is a wonderful retreat for a relaxing holiday - be it sleeping peacefully in the comfortable beds or sipping chilled wine from crystal glasses!
This holiday home features a spacious living/dining area with french doors from both areas leading out onto a large timber deck with unobstructed sea views, a new kitchen and 4 double bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two containing 1 Queen bed each, and one containing 2 King Single beds. The main bathroom is located upstairs also. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed. There is shower & toilet downstairs. A port-a-cot is available, making this property perfect for couples or families.
The Paihia beach accommodation is located on the waterfront and across the road from the beach allowing this beach house to have stunning views out to and across the water. Fall asleep to the sound of the lapping waves and wake up to the magic of ocean liners berthed in the Bay!
Even in winter, experience the rich heritage of the area - Waitangi, Kerikeri, Russell. Visit Cape Reinga and experience the enjoyment of sliding down the sand dunes, eat fish and chips on the wharf at Mangonui or book an enthralling deep sea fishing trip.
Modern amenities also include a 42" TV, DVD, CD Player, dishwasher, microwave, heat pump/air-conditioner. All of this plus you will be just minutes away from the shops, cafes, ferries and all leisure activities!

The front of the house is spectacular - great view of the bay and spacious deck! We enjoyed many mornings and evenings there. The location was good - walking distance to restaurants and the wharf / ferry. It’s not a huge house, but 7 of us were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay in Paihia!

The house is lovely with lots of outside space which was nice. It's in a fantastic location. Debbie was lovely and made everything super easy.
