Melodia Uphoria is a spacious villa (113 sq m ) in a 6000 sq m olive grove 2 km from the center of the village and 1.3 km from the beach, with a large variety of plants and flowers. Melodia has a private swimming pool and private space and provides all luxuries listed below.

Bali is a coastal village on the north coast of Crete, about 30 km east of rethymnon and 45 km from heraklion (airport). It is built on a raised small peninsula so overlooks the bay and the sea. Bali has four beaches on four small creeks and a beach isle. From the village passes the national road heraklion-rethymnon (buses run every hour), making access to any part of the island very easy giving the visitors the chance to discover the beauty and history of the island.
Today Bali is a modern tourist resort with a wide variety of taverns, restaurants, small shops, diving center, bars, discos, as well as clinic and pharmacy.

Cleaning Policy
The house is delivered in a clean condition. The initial cleaning prior to arrival, as well as the final cleaning after guests’ departure, are included in the accommodation price.
Mid-stay cleaning is not included in the price.
The house is equipped with all necessary supplies and materials to allow guests to manage the basic cleaning and upkeep of the property during their stay.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Service
A mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged upon request, provided at least one day in advance, at a cost of €100.
Housekeeping & Towel Provision Policy
Please be advised that mid-stay housekeeping services are not included. For your convenience, each guest is provided with three (3) towel sets per week. Should you require additional towels, an extra towel set is available at a cost of €15 per person.
Swimming Pool Availability
Please note that the swimming pool is generally open from 16 May to 20 September, subject to weather conditions.
Accordingly, minor adjustments of a few days to the opening or closing dates may occur to ensure guest safety and comfort.

Please note that the property management company reserves the right to carry out any necessary maintenance or improvement works on the gardens and all exterior areas of the property, including tree cutting, plant maintenance, floor replacement, and any other required works.

Stavros was great - waited up for us in spite of our very late arrival on Christmas Eve (really early Christmas morning). He had traditional homemade Christmas goodies for us, which were promptly devoured by my children. The house was great - we could all spread out. Would go back again. Thank you, Stavros, for hosting us.

La maison est très agréable et les propriétaires très chaleureux. Tout est pensé pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréables. ..les propriétaires sont extrêmement serviables et à l écoute de vos besoins .la maison se situe dans un havre de paix....Le jardin et sa piscine invite au repos et à la détente au son des cigales..le village de Bali est vraiment charmant avec de très bonnes tavernes,un centre médical et des plages idylliques.nous y retournerons c est certain!merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. .

My husband and I stayed here with our two and a half year old son. We had a wonderful time. The highlight of the property was the heard of sheep or goats (we never could decide which) that came through the backyard each night. The view all around was beautiful. The yard was great for our son to run around. We only used the pool once since it was starting to get cool out. The interior was nice and modern. The owner was wonderful and waited for us far past when we thought we'd arrive. We asked about having food when we got there and it was wonderful! We rented a car, which is a must for this property and to see the sights. There are lots of restaurants and markets within 5-15 minutes. Beautiful views everywhere. We took a long day trip down to Elifonisi beach on the southwest coast. It was a long drive, but worth it for the beautiful beach that was very kid-friendly because of the shallow water. Nearby, we explored Melidoni Cave, Rethymno, Panormos, and drove around the mountains.
The only slight drawback with a child was the staircase, which was tiled and close to the bedroom our son slept in. Otherwise, everything was perfect. This would be a great place to have a large group rent multiple units, which we'd love to do in the future.
