Italian ambience in the heart of the old town of Erbach in the Odenwald!
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the local train station (2-3 minutes) and is about 55 square meters large. In January 2019, the entire apartment was renovated and furnished with a lot of heart and love in the Italian country house style.
The apartment has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV are also available and can be used.
On the balcony there is the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying one or the other wine, which is made in the cellar itself. The grapes are cultivated and maintained right outside the front door. There is also the possibility to use the garden and in the summer under guidance to use the stone pizza oven in the garden.
Please understand that smoking is only allowed on the balcony and pets can only be brought by prior arrangement.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Rundum-Wohlfühlen - auch im Januar. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und doch ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte bis zur schönen Altstadt und zum Einkaufen. Sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden, daher ist es auch ohne Auto ein guter Wander- und Ausflugsausgangspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann im Sommer, um den schönen Balkon zu nutzen. Herzlichen Dank, liebes Ehepaar Funiati für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft war überaus sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war sehr gepflegt und hygienisch.
Das Fachwerk im Wohnbereich macht die Wohnung heimelig und gemütlich und der Balkon läst gemütliche Abende mit einem Glas Wein o.ä. zu. Die Altstadt ist unmittelbar "ums Eck", so dass man fußläufig alles erreichen kann.
WIr haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlichst empfangen. ALles lief problemlos und wir hatten ein entspanntes WOchenende.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt.
