The non-smoking apartment (75 m2) for 2 adults with a small charming roof terrace is located in the attic of a 2-family house with garden and panoramic views of the Elbe slopes, Saxon Switzerland and the Eastern Ore Mountains. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and lounge area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with fridge, coffee maker, TV and radio are in the living area. When furnishing value was placed on a stylish decor. Towels and linen are included. Washing machine and dryer are available on request. Pets are not allowed due to the allergy friendly furnishings. Parking is available in the service road. Setting bicycles is not a problem. Perfect connection to the city center by train and bus. Within 15 minutes you are in the historic city center. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance. Welcome.

Sehr gepflegte, hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch gute Verbindung mit der
Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt (alle 10 Minuten) und Buslinie nach Pillnitz. Mehrere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Außergewöhnlich umfangreiche Bibliothek mit Büchern zu Dresden.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen. Für die Stadtbesichtigung ist das Auto nicht erforderlich. Bus und Strassenbahn sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gern zu einem Schwätzchen aufgelegt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Großes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche. Bad hat Dusche und Badewanne. Alles sauber und adrett eingerichtet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen, wenn Dresden auf unserem Urlaubsplan steht.

Ein nettes, sauberes Objekt, liebevoll gestaltet in einem gepflegten Haus. Super Anbindung ans Straßenbahnnetz, trotzdem relativ ruhige Lage. Die kleine Küche ist für die Zubereitung eines Imbiss ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
