Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy.
It was private and what myself and my partner wanted.
The thing that did get me was having to pay a further £60 deposit on top of the booking cost, of which it will be refunded minus the cost of any electricity used, this seems to be penny pinching tbh.
Paying for the cost of the hire overnight should include the electric you use, which was aroun £8 in my experience because the heating runs on electricity and it was cold on arrival so needed to warm up. Which obviously costs more,
I also didnt like having to wait to get the check in code, i messaged at 4pm, the listed check in time and said i would be arriving around 445, i did and they didnt read the message and reply until 5, so i had to wait 15 mins to be able to access the accommodation.
Also the listed number does not work.

A nice location and a well set out site, with plenty of amenities and garden areas. There is a deposit to pay before accessing the chalet, to pay for electricity and bedding if required, and in the event of accidental damage you could lose its return, as l unfortunately found out.
We only booked for an overnight stay, so unfortunately the check-in/ check out times didn't suit our plans. But after a quick phone call we were allowed in the chalet 3 hours before the normal time, we did appreciate this gesture.
