The property was great value for money , close to the Fantastic Mablethorpe beach, very clean, very dog friendly, owner was very tentative .
For the price and location. There was nothing we didn't like.

Model fresh look and feel to the property.
Owners were wonderful and very accommodating, specially as this was a very last minute booking.
Neighbours next door. Don't know if they were holiday makers or owners but no respect at all.
I mentioned it to the owner who said I should of rang him but at 22:35 I felt I shouldn't.
This is nothing the owner has done wrong
