About this villa rental
This comfortable holiday apartment is located in the suburbs of Pula. It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful holiday home, where two more suites are rented via Homeaway. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and another air-conditioned apartment with bedroom kitchenette and bathroom, which has a separate entrance from the outside. There is a separate outdoor swimming pool and beautifully landscaped, fenced garden. We recommend visiting the nearby protected nature park Rt Kamenjak.
Our villa is located 2 km from the center of the town and 2 km from nearest beach.
Yard is souranded with wall and is perfect for your privacy.
In the property you have covered terrace with barbecue and swimming pool with sun chairs.
On the front of the property you have two covered parking place.
Also, you have whole playgraund with: beachwoley, table tennis and children playground.
Whole property is safe for children and is souronded, so it is safe also for your pets.

Desa is the perfect host. We were traveling to Croatia by car, so it was difficult to give an exact time of arrival. She was very accommodating. The villa was as described and spotless. The swimming pool was a great hit with our grandson.

The house and garden is just gorgeous. Well maintained and absolutely sereen to be in the garden near the pool. The hostess is very friendly and she must be creative given the beautiful architecture in- and outdoors. All you need is close by. Perfect beaches, big supermarkets, small lovely bakery. Love to come back a next time.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal bei der Villa Dana zu Gast. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und Desanka und Ihre Schwester sind uns schon ans Herz gewa hsen.
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
Noch mal vielen Dank für 2 tolle Urlaubswochen !!!!!!
