The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1986, was renovated in 2014, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet and sunny hillside location by the water. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children’s playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Pula, Veli Vrh district. The holiday flat is located on a 760 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Ideal for leisure activities (running, cycling), surrounded by nature. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating (oil). Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from late April to mid-October, 3 m x 5 m, 1.4 m deep).

Die erste Woche war die Hölle Karkelaken und dreck in der Wohnung und die zweite Woche wurden wir dann eine Etage tiefer einquatiert da ging es dann.
