About this apartment rental
Situated in the prestigious guard-gated community of Ritz Pointe and within walking distance to Salt Creek Beach, Monarch Beach and Ritz/Carlton resorts. Our fully furnished and stocked home has two bedrooms, two full baths (queen bed in master bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom) and an open floor plan with formal dining room. Fireplace in the living room. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Separate laundry room, storage and wraparound balcony. Community amenities include direct access to Salt Creek Beach with walk/bike trails, association clubhouse, pool, spas(one with ocean views) and gym. 30 day minimum rental stay.

Visiting our son in San Diego for an extended time, we had an amazing time in this area for a six week stay! So much to do for all of us -like excellent water tours. Secure gated community with many amenities, short walk to beach, nearby great restaurants, clean, and a most thoughtful caring host. We highly recommend staying here!!

Good TV and Wi-Fi, which is important for us. Also, having a reserved parking space was very convenient . Queen bed instead of king was a drawback. Also would have liked a small desk in the guest room for my laptop. They had a table but no room for legs so it couldn’t be used as a desk. Keurig-like coffee maker worked fine but had a slight leak. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay ( that’s why we gave it four out of five stars) and host was very accessible and ready to help.

Was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Gina was extremely responsive to all issues that came up. I wouldn't hesitate to book with this property again.
