Bright and spacious three-room apartment located near Lazise, in the nearby village of Pacengo, just 950 meters from the lake promenade, the small harbour and the sandy beach with children’s playground and restaurants with lake view. Just 3 minutes walking distance you can enjoy the cozy main square of Pacengo that offers you a choice among classic cafes and typical restaurants. The historic centre of Lazise, just like the town centre of Peschiera del Garda, is about 5 km away, only 8 minutes driving distance. The Movieland, Caneva and Gardaland amusement parks are very close to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room with modern kitchen, double-bed sofa, wooden dining table with 4 chairs, Sat-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, a 4-plate stove, coffe machine, toaster. A large terrace overlooking a green park is perfect for pleasant outdoors lunches and dinners. The master bedroom has got a double bed (1 matress) and a spacious wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has got three single beds and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms are at guests’ disposal: the first one has a window and bathtub to relax yourself during your holiday, the second one is equipped with shower and offers also a washing machine. The apartment is provided with air conditioning. A free public parking place in front of the house is available. Private garage 2x2.30mt

- posizione comodissima, vicinissimo a gardaland, movieland e a molti paesini del Lago di Garda (Sirmione, Peschiera, Lazise...)
- appartamento comodo e silenzioso
- ottima cucina dotata di tutto il necessario
- carinissimo il terrazzo
- residence silenzioso
- comodo parcheggio per l’auto
- ottime trattorie nei dintorni. Siamo stati a cena alla trattoria Marengo.. ottima esperienza!
- comodi gli armadi
- letti singoli scomodi (addirittura ancora con le molle!)
- cuscini scomodissimi
- il bagno con la doccia dovrebbe essere dotato anche di bidet.
Vi consiglio vivamente di iniziare, intando, cambiando i lettini della camera tripla e soprattutto cambiate i cuscini!
Anche perché chi viene nel vostro appartamento essenzialmente lo affitta forse esclusivamente per dormire e dopo giornate passate a camminare su e giù per i parchi, si vuole riposare bene.
Siamo comunque stati benissimo!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Der Balkon liegt angenehm im Schatten. Viele Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Die Aufteilung ist funktionell. Die Räume sind hell und freundlich. Der Service von Regarda-Fewo ist sehr gut!
Die Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Manche Betten sind extrem durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise sehr dürftig. Wer mehr kochen will hat mit der Ausstattung Probleme. Die Tiefgarage ist zum Parken kaum nutzbar. Mit meinem Touran bin ich nicht reingekommen.

We did like the location Pacengo with nice restaurants and the beach.
For example: a better matress of the masterbed, reparing a wash basin tap (3 years it was already broken) and replenish tableware.
