We have stayed at this location in the past and is fabulous as usual. We can walk wherever we need too. The boardwalk is probably less than 500 feet from the property. The house was clean as usual and the management responded quickly if we had any questions. We have visited Pacific Beach several times and by far this has been the best location and property were we have stayed.

We have stayed in San Diego many times, but has been a few years since our last visit; we were surprised to find that the beach was not very well maintained; this was very disappointing. The large accumulation of seaweed and garbage attracted a lot of bugs.
The location of this house was perfect in many ways. Easy walk to the beach and to many restaurants. The layout of the house worked very well for us too. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars for cleanliness is because when we went to open the sofa sleeper, there was popcorn and crumbs all over the mattress. Also, the carpets were apparently cleaned within hours of our arrival; this sounds nice, but it took days for the carpet to dry and had a musty old smell to it.
